1. You can choose which piece of jewellery you would like from the shop and which colour you would like the ashes/hair set in.

2. We send out the complimentary Ash/Hair delivery/collection pack for you to return.

3. Once we recieve the Ashes/Hair we then create your piece lovingly by hand, and present it beautifully.

4. We will then send your jewellery to you to cherish.
